Copy of the abovesaid office order dated 8.1.2015 passed by the Engineer-in-Chief, Haryana, is placed on record as 'Mark A'. Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioner also fairly states that let the present writ petition be disposed of in view of the abovesaid order dated 8.1.2015.
