Mr. R.S. Budhwar, Advocate, for respondent No.5. **** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner has impugned the order passed by the State Information Commissioner whereby penalty of Rs.5,000/- each has been imposed on the SPIOs for supplying delayed information. Only grievance of the petitioner is that penalty imposed is on the lower side. Court has been informed that respondent No.5 has already paid the penalty. However, respondent No.4 has not complied with order passed by the Commission.

This court does not find any ground to interfere in the order passed by the Commission. Respondent No.4 shall deposit the penalty at the earliest, in any case, not later than one month. Disposed of.
