***** ARCHANA PURI, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel submits that compliance in consonance with the order dated 05.03.2024, copy whereof is Annexure P-1, passed in CWP-4174-2024, has since been made and the respondent has vacated the possession of the land in question.

In view of the submissions made aforesaid, the necessary compliance, as such, is evidently made of the requisite order. However, none has made appearance on behalf of the petitioner, probably on account of the compliance already made.

As such, the present contempt petition is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution.
