*** The case has been taken up through Video Conferencing. Petitioner Aameen Mohd., aged about 27 years, son of Taj Mohammad, resident of Village Bhogiwal, Tehsil Malerkotla, District Sangrur, an accused in F.I.R No. 116 dated 1.10.2019 under Sections 447, 511, 427, 506, 323, 149 IPC registered with Police Station Sadar Ahmedgarh, District Sasngrur is seeking quashing of the said F.I.R taking various pleas on merits that the dispute between the parties is of civil nature regarding which civil litigation had been pending between the parties and the matter has been disposed of by amicable settlement through Lok Adalat on the basis of compromise between the parties, therefore, the F.I.R is liable to be quashed.
Since the case is still at the stage of investigation, the accused may raise this plea as well as other pleas available to him before the PARVINDER SINGH 2021.03.08 15:10 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
