**** Rajbir Sehrawat, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.69 dated 13.03.2019 registered under Section 308 IPC at Police Station Kheri Pul, Faridabad.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim direction granted vide order dated 29.07.2019, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned counsel appearing for the State of Haryana has not disputed the fact regarding petitioner's joining the investigation. In view of the above, the interim order dated 29.07.2019 is made absolute.
