The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.295 dated 20.11.2019, registered under Sections 307, 34 IPC and Sections 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act at Police Station City Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner is involved in multiple FIRs and is not on bail in most of them. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition at this stage and issuance of a direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial, as it is not proceeding on account of the pendency of the other FIRs. 4.

Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
