(Oral) The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus inter alia making prayer for release of the land. 2.
On a query being put to the learned counsel for the petitioners, whether the claim as raised in the present writ petition has been made before the respondent authorities or not, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file a detailed and comprehensive representation before the appropriate authority by incorporating the grievance as raised in the present writ petition. However, direction be issued to the authority concerned to decide the representation expeditiously in a time bound manner in accordance with law.
