***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner has sought quashing of order dated 13.06.2018 whereby he has been sent on deputation to newly constituted department of Mining and Geology. His grievance is that his consent was not sought before taking such a decision.

Petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and examine the matter afresh within four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. It shall be at liberty to pass orders thereafter. Till then status quo be maintained.
