(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of appropriate directions to respondents No. 1 and 2 to transfer the investigation in case FIR No. 0086 dated 21.05.2022 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 353, 186, 379-B read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station Sadar, Faridkot, to some senior police officer of the rank of IPS Officer, out of District Faridkot, as petitioner is not expecting fair and impartial investigation, at the hands of present investigating agency. Status report dated 14.11.2022, filed by way of affidavit of Sh. Jasmeet Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Faridkot, District Faridkot, on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3, is taken on record.

In para 7 of the aforesaid status report, it has been averred that during investigation a Special Investigation Team, comprising of RISHU KATARIA 2022.11.16 15:55 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CRM-M-37958-2022 -2Superintendent of Police (Investigation), Faridkot as its chairman and Deputy Superintendent of Police (S.D.), Faridkot and SHO, Police Station Sadar, Faridkot, as its members has been constituted by Senior Superintendent of Police, Faridkot vide letter No. 1466Z-64/C dated 20.06.2022 to further investigate the case, therefore, the petitioner has got no cause of action to file the present petition. In view of the averments made in para 7 of the status report, no further action is required to be taken in the instant petition and the same stands disposed of, accordingly.
