**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.0021 dated 09.02.2023 under Sections 323, 365, 34 of IPC (Section 367, 379-B, 506, 201, 120-B of IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 (Sections 39, 192 of Motor Vehicle Act 1988 added later on) registered at Police Station Phase-I, District SAS Nagar.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant case.

Allowed as prayed for.
