The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for quashing the impugned action of the respondents whereby the petitioner is being denied benefit of 5 additional marks for her 1st Class Graduation Degree. 2.

Learned State counsel has informed the Court that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioner stands appointed and thus, the present petition has become rendered infructuous. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition.
