***** JASPAL SINGH, J (ORAL) By virtue of instant petition preferred under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has sought issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release family pension to the petitioner and retiral benefits of her late husband Lakhbir Singh, who died in accident on 27.05.2016, while serving as Junior Assistant with respondent No.3. And further to take decision on legal notice dated 01.08.2017 (Annexure P-3). 2.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner feels satisfied in case direction is issued to respondent No.2 to decide the legal notice dated 01.08.2017 (Annexure P-3) within a stipulated period. 3.
