Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy of appeal against the orders impugned before this Court. He further submitted that the present petition was filed in this Court on 03.08.2018 and the limitation to file the appeal against the order passed by the Assessing Authority expires tomorrow. Hence, he may be granted some time to file appeal.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

It is further directed that in case the appeal is filed on or before 24.09.2018, the same shall not be dismissed on account of delay only.
