***** JASPAL SINGH, J (ORAL) By virtue of instant petition preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioners have sought issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to pay arrears of salary and allowances (consequent upon the revision of pay scales w.e.f. 01.01.2006) for 38 months prior to 22.12.2010 i.e. the date of writ petition filed by the agriculture officer in CWP No.23138 of 2010 (Annexure P-1) along with interest @ 12% per annum and to decide the claim of the petitioners in view of CWP No. 4396 of 2015 (Annexure P-2).

State of Punjab and others", decided on 30.07.2015 (Annexure P-2), by passing a speaking order, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 3.
However, if the petitioners still feel aggrieved of the order passed by the concerned authority, they shall be at liberty to approach this Court.
