(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, for direction to the respondent Bank to take appropriate decision on the representation-dated 01.11.2016 (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner shall clear the Bank loan by depositing the due amount in installments. Therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to deposit the loan amount in installments.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall be open to the petitioner to take recourse to remedies as may be available to him, in accordance with law.
