This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the representation dated 11.11.2016 (Annexure P-2) moved by the petitioners, in terms of judgment of this Court passed in CWP-22937-2016 dated 07.11.2016 (Annexure P-3).

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that inadvertently, certain relevant factual matrix has not been incorporated in this writ petition. Accordingly, a prayer has been made that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition, with liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of action by furnishing better particulars. 3.
