Mr. Satish Chaudhary, Advocate for the petitioners. ALKA SARIN, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners would contend that prayer of the petitioners was for being impleaded as co-plaintiffs. However, vide the impugned order they have been impleaded as proforma defendants. Learned counsel for the petitioners would further contend that in case the petitioners were not being impleaded as co-plaintiffs, the Court could not have directed the petitioners to be impleaded as proforma defendants. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to approach the Court concerned for moving an application for deleting their names as proforma defendants.

Permitted to do so.
