(Oral) Petitioner has filed this revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the impugned order dated 11.02.2020 passed by the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Gurugram, whereby petitioner's application under Order 14 CPC seeking framing of additional issue regarding jurisdiction, was dismissed. Learned counsel for the parties have stated that the main case filed by husband seeking dissolution of marriage against wife stands finally dismissed on 08.12.2022 by Family Court, Gurugram. In view of the above stand of learned counsel for the parties, the present revision petition is rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
