Present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.0096, dated 22.08.2021, registered under Sections 406, 420, 506, 120-B IPC, at Police Station Cantt. Jalandhar, District Police Commissionerate, Jalandhar. 2.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the aforesaid FIR has been quashed vide order dated 08.11.2024 passed in CRMM-33331-2024. 3.

The said fact has not been controverted by the learned State counsel as well as learned counsel for respondent No.2. 4.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
