SURYA KANT, J.(ORAL) The writ petitioners are sons of Karora Singh. Land of Karora Singh alongwith his brother Arjan Singh was acquired by State of Punjab, details whereof are noticed by a Division Bench of this Court in its order dated 05.02.2015 rendered in CWP No.14224 of 2012 (Naib Kaur vs State of Punjab and others). On the basis of the above-cited order of this Court, it is claimed that share of one 'Arjan Singh' in the acquired land was 10k13M and the petitioners are entitled to allotment of a plot under the 'Oustees Quota' in lieu thereof.

[2] The fact of the matter is that the petitioners are sons of Karora Singh and not of Arjan Singh. The daughter of Arjan Singh as well as other nephews etc. have also approached the Court and the authorities ascertaining their right for allotment under the 'Oustees Quota' in lieu of the acquired Meenu 2018.07.25 11:01 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh

CWP-26395-2015 -2land of Arjan Singh. There is, thus, a dispute amongst the legal heirs of Arjan Singh or his brother (Karora Singh).

[3] If so agreed amongst them, let all the claimants apply jointly or with 'No Objection Certificate' by way of affidavits and if any such application is moved, GMADA authorities are directed to consider the same in accordance with their policy within a period of four months from the date of submission of such application.
