CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J.(ORAL) The dispute is personal between the petitioner and respondent No.3. However, by impleading the State of Punjab and Wakf Bard, writ petition has been filed.
In my view, the petitioner has efficacious remedy in the Civil Court as disputed question qua possession has to be established. Resultantly, the petitioner is relegated to the remedy of Civil Court. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above observations.
