KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Case has been heard through video conferencing on account of COVID-19 Pandemic.

State counsel on instructions from ASI Harish submitted that the case pending before the trial Court is at its fag end as statements of the accused persons have already been recorded by the trial Court under Section 313 Cr.P.C.

At this stage, the counsel for the petitioner made prayer that as the trial is at its final stage, he be allowed to withdraw the present petition. Accordingly, the present petition is hereby dismissed as being withdrawn.
