Mr. Lupil Gupta, Advocate for the petitioners. HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Having preferred instant petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to respondent Nos.2 to 5 to conduct fair and impartial enquiry into the complaint dated 05.10.2020 made against respondent Nos.6 & 7. Grievance raised in this petition is that respondent No.6, who is brother of the petitioner, in connivance with respondent No.7-Halqa Patwari has forged a partition Rapat whereas there has been no partition between the petitioner and respondent No.6. In this regard, the petitioner has made numerous complaints including complaint (P.2) addressed to respondent No.3-SSP, Sri Muktsar Sahib but no action thereon has been taken as yet. Without in any way commenting upon the merits of the case or opining on the veracity of the allegations contained in the representation, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to look into the said representation and take appropriate action as may be warranted in law.
