Present writ petition is for quashing of impugned order dated 21.06.2018 (Annexure P4), passed by respondent No.2, whereby petitioner has been transferred from Zonal Office, Karnal to Zonal Office Bangalore, whereas her husband is posted in the Revenue Department, Haryana at Dabwali, District Sirsa. Petitioner is already living separately from her husband at a distant place and now she has been ordered to be transferred to Bangalore without considering the policy of the respondent-bank in this regard that the spouses are to be accommodated at the same or nearby place. For this purpose, petitioner has also made representation dated 20.07.2018 (Annexure P6) to respondent No.1, which remained unattended. Notice of motion.
