**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Pursuant to advertisement dated 19.06.2015, the petitioner being fully eligible applied for the post of Staff Nurse. The petitioner cleared the written examination and was called for scrutiny of documents and then for interview. On 31.01.2018, the final result has been declared and the petitioner was not in the selection list.

Now the petitioner has challenged the selection dated 31.01.2018 (Annexure P-8) and appointments of the posts made by the respondents. Petitioner has further sought quashing of order dated 11.05.2018 (Annexure P11) whereby the claim of the petitioner has been rejected. A bare perusal of order dated 11.05.2018 that the precise grievance of the petitioner was that the last candidate who has been selected has secured 104 marks including the marks of experience whereas the present petitioner secured 80 marks in the written examination and 20 in the interview. The respondents rejected the case of the petitioner, in the light of instruction dated 05.05.2016 whereby it has been stated that the experience is to be considered only from RCH/NRHM/NHM Project or under any Health department of any Gaurav Arora 2019.02.14 11:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CWP No. 20159-2018 State Government or of the Central Government in the same capacity. Thus, the experience of the petitioner from N.C. Jindal Institute of Medical Care and Research, Model Town,Delhi Road, Hisar was not considered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the advertisement dated 19.06.2015,it was nowhere mentioned that the experience was required for the above post. The marks of experience has to be given has also not been mentioned in the notification dated 05.05.2016 and corrigendum dated 24.10.2016.

This argument is rejected, as the petitioner has participated in the selection process and final result has also been declared. Even his experience certificate has been rejected, in the light of instruction dated 05.05.2016. Dismissed.
