The relief sought in this petition, which is in the nature of Public Interest Litigation, is to command the respondents to constitute and notify a Local Committee/Internal Complaint Committee as per Section 4,5 and 6 of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.

A written statement has been filed by the State of Haryana stating that all the Districts have constituted an Internal Complaint Committee as per Section 4,5 and 6 of the Act of 2013 at district level. 3.

In the wake of the stand taken by the State of Haryana in its written statement, no cause of action survives to the petitioner as the grievance expressed stands redressed and thus this Public Interest Litigation is no more likely to continue on board any further and stands disposed of.
