Present writ petition is against impugned award dated 01.12.2017 (Annexure P3), passed by the learned Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal, Amritsar (hereinafter referred to as "learned Tribunal"). Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the learned Tribunal has not considered the fact that there was no material or record produced by respondent No.1-workman indicating his regular employment with the present petitioner and passed the impugned order for reinstatement of the workman with continuity of service but without back wages. Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and the facts of the case that respondent No.1-workman had put in continuous service from 2007 to 2014, but petitioner-management failed to produce any record indicating that his service was not continued.
