This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR No.406, dated 01.12.2020, registered under Sections 323, 341, 506 and 34 of Indian Penal Code (Section 325 IPC added later on), at Police Station Rai, District Sonepat and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of the compromise.

As per report dated 09.08.2023 of the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sonipat, petitioner No.2 is a proclaimed offender in FIR No.43 dated 11.03.2020 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 379-A and 506 IPC, at Police Station Mohana, District Sonepat and wife of complainant is also injured and has not been impleaded as respondent in the present case.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, despite the case having been called out twice.
