***** RAJAN GUPTA , J. (Oral) Petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct respondent No.2 to accept the file of the petitioner-Firm for renewal of its licence for selling seeds. Admittedly, petitioner's licence has already been cancelled by the competent authority vide order dated 11.05.2017 and appeal preferred against the said order has been rejected vide order dated 17.04.2018. The petitioner has impugned the aforesaid orders in a separate writ petition i.e. CWP-11206-2018 which is pending for hearing. Under the circumstances the prayer of the petitioner-Firm for accepting the application for renewal of licence is misconceived. Petition is without any merit and is hereby dismissed.
