Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certain criminal litigations have been initiated against the respondent no. 4 and also that the petitioner intends to approach the civil Court for proving the fraud on the part of the respondent no. 4, hence, the present petition may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to agitate the claim against the respondent no. 4 under the Maintenance & Welfare of Parents & Senior Citizen Act, 2007 after the conclusion of the criminal proceedings initiated against the respondent no.4 or to avail the remedy before the Civil Court for playing fraud upon the petitioner by the respondent no. 4. 2.

Ordered accordingly.
