Service is waived, as Mr. Rahul Dev Singh, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that this petition is similar to CWP-8728-2015 titled as Rana Yashpal through GPA Vs State of Haryana & others which we disposed of by our order and judgement dated 16.09.2015. He further states that the acquisition in CWP-8728-2015 pertained to the year 1976 and that it was inadvertently mentioned as 1997 in the said order.

The petitioner's property in the present petition was also acquired in the year 1976.

The petition is also disposed of in the same terms as CWP-8728-2015.
