**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) The petitioner through instant petition is seeking setting aside of order dated 02.07.2022 whereby interim maintenance has been awarded to the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that the Family Court may be directed to adjudicate final maintenance expeditiously.

Learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute the prayer of the petitioner.

In view of statements of learned counsel for the parties, the Family Court is requested to expedite final disposal of the matter. Disposed of.
