Learned counsel for the petitioners, however, has not been able to show their entitlement to regularisation under any extant policy. 3.

In view thereof, the petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to agitate their rights in case the Department notifies any policy of regularisation at a later date and/or starts regularisation under old policies.
