Coram:
Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rakesh Kumar Jain
Present:
Mr. Amandeep Soni, Advocate, for the petitioner.
***** Rakesh Kumar Jain, J.
The petitioner has challenged the order dated 13.08.2014 passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate-cum-Sales Commissioner, Nakodar, by which application filed by the petitioner for transfer of area on the basis of possession has been dismissed on the ground that the petitioner was not in cultivating possession of the land in question, order dated 16.09.2014 passed by the Deputy Commissioner-cum-Chief Sales Commissioner, Jalandhar, by which appeal filed by the petitioner has been dismissed, order dated 24.08.2016 passed by the Commissioner, Jalandhar Division, Jalandhar, by which revision filed by the petitioner has been dismissed and the order dated 05.07.2017, by which Financial Commissioner (Revenue), Punjab, has dismissed the second revision of the petitioner. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner in detail, who has failed to point out any error in the impugned orders and, thus, the present petition has been found to be without any merit and hence, the same is hereby dismissed.
