Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to respondent No.2-Deputy Commissioner, Panipat to take action against respondent No.3, who has embezzled the Panchayat's funds. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner, who is one of the residents of village Mehrana, had submitted complaint dated 27.12.2017 (Annexure P1) at C.M. Window Panipat as well as application dated 13.03.2018 (Annexure P2) to the District Town Planner, Panipat and another application dated 19.04.2018 (Annexure P3) before the Deputy Commissioner, Panipat, but no action has been taken so far. The details of embezzlement have been explained in the application (Annexure P3) itself.
