**** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) The petitioner has sought a direction to take action against the private respondent in view of enquiry report submitted against him. At the outset, learned State counsel, submits that respondent No.4 superannuated on 31.03.2013. The enquiry report was considered by the disciplinary authority and charges against him were dropped. In view of the above, present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
