The petitioner's grievance is against inclusion of the names of respondents No.5 to 23 in the Voter-List of Village Jaipur, Tehsil Safidon, District Jind for the purpose of Gram Panchayat elections scheduled to be held on 10.01.2016. (2)
Since no order prejudicial to the interest of the private respondents can be passed by this Court or by the respondentauthorities without giving adequate opportunity of hearing to them for which no time is left, we dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner and/or any other aggrieved person to raise such a plea in the Election Petition, if so required, after the election is held and if the exercise of franchise by the private respondents has any material bearing on the subject elections. (3)
Needless to say that the Election Tribunal shall decide such issue expeditiously.
