Learned State counsel submits that paddy was allotted to the petitioner for shelling after clearance was given by Food Corporation of India. Thus, all his grievance have been addressed. The question regarding grant of compensation can be raised only before the civil court being a disputed question of fact.
In view of stand taken by State, it appears that no cause of action survives in this petition. Same is hereby dismissed. Petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to seek revival of the petition in case any cause of action subsists.
