(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the allegations of the petitioner that after the grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.407 dated 04.07.2021, under Sections 148, 149, 307, 323, 447, 506 and 511 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, respondent No.2 has attacked him, for which the petitioner has already approached the police, therefore, he be allowed to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the police for the redressal of his grievance as of now. Ordered accordingly.
