RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.0139, dated 14.07.2022, under Section 323, 354, 376, 377, 406, 498A, 506, 511 IPC, registered at Police Station Panipat Sadar, District Panipat, Annexure P-1, alongwith all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom qua the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. Allowed as prayed for.
