**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) In compliance of order dated 07.10.2021, learned State counsel on instructions from the District Registrar, Firms and Societies, Charkhi Dadri submits that election of respondent No.5 shall be conducted within the next three months. An Administrator has already been appointed on 14.10.2021 and he shall comply with all the requirements under HRRS Act, 2012.

In view of submissions made by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition.
