(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that the respondent-authorities have not taken any action against the private respondent No. 7 - school inspite of the resolution dated 21.05.2018 (Annexure P/1A) passed by the Municipal Committee, Ladwa, Kurukshetra regarding taking legal action for violation of the conditions of the lease. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even his legal notice dated 16.08.2021 (Annexure P-6) has not been considered or replied to by the respondent-authorities.

Mr. Deepak Balyan, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, who has entered appearance on behalf of respondents No. 1 and 2 and is directed to appear and represent respondents No. 3 to 5 as well, submits that the respondent-authorities would consider the petitioner's legal notice dated 16.08.2021 (Annexure P-6); take a decision thereon and communicate the same to him expeditiously.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned State counsel, we do not find any reason to entertain the present petition which is disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and therefore, the authorities would be at liberty to examine the matter keeping all facts and facets into consideration and thereafter accept or reject the same in accordance with law.
