Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) This is a petition seeking direction to the respondents to regularize services of the petitioners, who were appointed between 2007 to 2011 and are continuously working with the Department since then. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that a legal notice dated 31.03.2023 (Annexure P-4) was sent to the respondents in that regard, but no action has been taken thereupon so far. At this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied in case respondent No.2-Director of Elementary Education, Haryana, is directed to decide the said legal notice in a time bound manner.

Ms. Tanushree Gupta, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice and contends that pending legal notice will be decided by passing an appropriate order, after considering the petitioners' claim. 5.
In view thereof, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, Director, Elementary Education is directed to consider and decide the pending legal notice dated 31.03.2023 (Annexure P-4), by passing a speaking order thereupon, within a period of four weeks from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order.
