Rakesh Kumar Jain, J. (oral) Counsel for the petitioner states that this case is covered by the decision of this court rendered in CWP-142342013 titled B.K. Malhotra vs. Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Haryana and others, decided on 8.7.2013, in which the following order was passed :- "Concededly, a large number of other members of the respondent No.4-Society had earlier approached this Court by way of various writ petitions which were disposed of by a common order dated 20.12.2012, recorded in CWP No.24583 of 2012 titled as "Rahul Aggarwal Vs. Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Haryana and others", with the following observations:- "All these writ petitions are disposed of with a further direction that in future, if any one is aggrieved against the action of the Society in not executing conveyance deed, he at the first instance would approach the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Haryana with his application or the Assistant Registrar detailed for SATYAWAN 2015.12.21 10:14 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court Chandigarh
CWP-26498-2015 -2this purpose who will consider the claim of such members and ensure that the action is taken in accordance with law. All the writ petitions are disposed of in the above terms."
Counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that he would approach the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Gurgaon, for redressal of his grievance but some time may be fixed for the purpose of adjudication of his application.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner files an application before the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Gurgaon, within 15 days from today, the same shall be decided by him in accordance with law, within 30 days thereafter."
This petition is, thus, hereby disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
