(Oral) The writ petition was adjourned on February 09, 2016 to enable the petitioners to place on record revenue record to show that how much land of Jumla Mustarka Malkan remained utilized so as to be termed as "Bachat land" which, according to the petitioners, could be distributed amongst the proprietors. Another opportunity was granted on 21.03.2016 to place on record the relevant material.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks more time to do the needful.

Since the petitioners will have to make corresponding averments in the writ petition also while placing on record the relevant material as observed vide order dated 09.02.2016, we dismiss this writ petition with liberty to the MOHINDER KUMAR 2016.05.10 16:44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
