Admittedly, the legal notice dated 31.7.2021, copy Annexure P-15, served by the petitioner upon respondent No.2, has not yet been disposed of.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, in order to enable such respondent No.2 to consider the claim of the petitioner and then to take appropriate action, if need be and to avoid unnecessary litigation, the present writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the Legal Notice dated 31.7.2021 (Annexure P-15) served by the petitioner, as per law, rules, regulations and instructions on the subject and if some action BANITA CHUGH 2021.11.24 16:34 I agree to specified portions of this document

CWP No. 20033 of 2021 -2in the matter is warranted, then the needful be done in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
