**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for isusance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 3 to decide the representation dated 20.8.2021 (Annexure P-8), submitted by the petitioner for conducting a fair and independent enquiry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has restricted his prayer to the extent that he would be satisfied if the petitioner is allowed to tender the documents before the enquiry officer i.e. Superintendent of Police (City), Patiala, who is conducting the enquiry on the directions of the Senior Superintendent of Police.

Notice of motion to respondents No. 1 to 4-State only at this stage.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. H.S.Sitta, AAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the State.
