RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner has approached this Court by way of filing this petition with a prayer that action be taken against guilty police officials of Women Cell, MDC, Panchkula, who acted in connivance with respondent No.7 and replaced the original complaint No.16 Dasti/28.01.2017 (Annexure P-3) from police custody with forged and manipulated Complaint (Annexure P-1).
It is contended that though the petitioner already stands acquitted in FIR No.42, dated 22.09.2017, under Sections 323/406/498A/506/34 IPC, registered at Women Police Station, Panchkula, lodged by the wife, however, now after his acquittal he has come to know that the original complaint filed by the wife was dated 28.01.2017, annexed as Annexure P-3, but some police officials in connivance with the complainant replaced the same with the complaint as Annexure P-1. He submits as the action of the police officials is totally mala fide, so he filed the representation Annexure P-4, but no action has been taken on the same till date.

In view of the overall facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3, i.e. the Commissioner of Police, Panchkula, District Panchkula, Haryana, to look into the representation, if any filed by the petitioner before him and decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law and preferably within one month.
