(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondent No.3 to issue Police Clearance Certificate of the petitioner for renewal of the passport of the petitioner, which was expired on 20.11.2024.

At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant writ petition, therefore he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present HIMANI GUPTA 2025.08.13 09:26 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars,

through his duly constituted Attorney and after attaching a duly embossed power of attorney executed by the petitioner. 3.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
