[1] Today physical hearing was held but on request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter is taken up by way of hybrid hearing.

[2] This petition is filed seeking directions to the respondents No. 2 and 3 for protection of life and liberty of the petitioners from the private respondents arrayed in the petition.

[3] As per the pleadings, the petitioners have married against the wishes of their parents and there was a threat perception. [4] On 1st October, 2021, following order was passed:-

  + , [5] Learned State counsel has filed a report on behalf of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division, Moonak, same is taken on record. She submits that petitioner No.1 has gone back to her parents and they are in process of filing a divorce petition. [6] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner No. 2 wants to meet the petitioner No. 1 and seeks permission to avail remedies in accordance with law.

[7] In view of report filed, no further directions are called for. The petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for. [AVNEESH JHINGAN] JUDGE 11th October, 2021
